With a silky, oil-like texture, full strength Magnesium Chloride Liquid is our most concentrated form of topical magnesium. It is ideal for adding to a foot bath or full body tub for a relaxing magnesium soak. Apply it directly to skin using a cloth or cotton pad.

Each ml contains 450 mg of magnesium chloride, equivalent to 120 mg of elemental magnesium.

DIRECTIONS & USE
Magnesium Oil is a concentrated formula, so only a small amount is needed.

Add up to 1 teaspoon to a bath or footbath and enjoy a mineral-rich soak as part of your self-care routine. It can also be diluted with pure water and applied to the skin on the face or body using a cotton pad or spray bottle.

Suitable for use at any time, day or night.

Those with sensitive skin may wish to further dilute the product with pure water or a skin-friendly oil.
