Preferred Nutrition Milk Thistle is a high-potency formula used in herbal medicine to help support liver function and relieve digestive disturbances. The 30:1 milk thistle extract is delivered in easy-to-take softgels. Each softgel provides the equivalent of 7500 mg of raw herb, standardized to 200 mg of milk thistle’s active silymarin compounds.
DIRECTIONS & USE
Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
As a liver protectant agent and for liver function: Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects
